air cooled harden lava
I really can't feel the different between the street and a parking lot, I'd say concrete it doesn't get as slick like asphault does, its more gritty

cement too slick most of the times.Atleast around loading docks that i ride some times.I like asphalt more.

+1 for asphalt. grippy and a little softer to hit and doesen't bend cages as bad. I like the fresh black look of new spots too

i hate to use the word softer, but asphalt doesnt seem to do as much damage to you/the bike...

but concrete is always way flatter, it never distorts even if you park an 18 wheeler on it for a year

asphalt just make sure when he does it to not use the oily *** tar like we got out here in vegas where when it raing it turns into ice. as long as its not then it will stick like crazy
