yeah your in boston too the cost of living is alot higher there then here. but all in all we still pay too much just to live on a piece of land anywhere in the u.s.a. but i guess i cant complain cause we pretty much can do whatever you want on it.

I own 5 Rental properties in the city of Detroit and a Real Estate Firm..
I am a sales manager to a financial firm where we do everything from stocks, bonds, IRA's, Mutual Funds, Mortgages, etc.. So I do my own mortgage, buy and sell my own homes.. Keep it all in house. Doesnt cost me a thing. I also list homes through the biz as well. So its not too bad. The nice thing is whenever I buy a house like the one im buying right now, I make 3% commission off of it.. So when I close, I am walking away with $5,700 at my own closing..! :YEAH

 

20k or so.... but im 19... school fulltime and have 0 bills.

so i do good.

here in SF most of the cops on bikes are out for you no joke.. if u get pulled over by a biker cop ure either:
A) getting ur car towed
B) geting ur car towed+a ticket
C) getting a ticket for god knows what.
D) or just getting pulled over to see if youre ok..
i got pulled over before for running a yellow light

bike cops are freakin scum of the police force.

is it hard to become a officer over in ur area ??

 

Bigger dallor amounts, bigger percentages.. Think about it, a car salesman couldmake up too 500-1000 if they throw some add ons into it. I do loans averaging from $100,000 to 3 million.. All depends ont he company you work for, etc..
I have heard that they are talking about capping some of the BS that goes on in the business. I hope they do, make my life a lot easier when it comes into finding trusting clients..

 

Think about the show "flipped" they buy an old house for a small amount in a good neighborhood where the other houses sell for a lot more, add new cabinets, siding, paint, ect and sell it for the price of the surrounding houses. You ever see that some of those $10,000 add ons equal $30,000 when reselling the house... thats what jacks up the price.... fix up a junker into somethin that looks nice and its gold.

A guy I used to work with does that kind of thing.... one time he bought a house for a good price... someone came along and wanted to buy it but showwed up late so he resold it a week later with no extra work done for $30,000!!! Thats why the money is in real estate people are forced to pay stupid prices and if everyone goes along with it then it keeps goin on and on... just like this explination that didnt really explain anything

 

Anywhere from $50k to $80k depending on tips. I'm a casino dealer and it's the easiest job in the world. Every hour that I work I get a 20 minute break and I deal cards to drunks and hotties. I get off work and the bartender takes care of me all night. Last year I worked only 2 days a week for most of the year and I made $40k. Drinking and stunting is what it's all about *****es!!

 

Damn an average 2200 sqft 30 year old house out here is like 800-1.million. Got to make cash to live in the bay!

 

over 100k+ per year but I have rental property and thats before taxes, and my *** is still always broke ohh yeah I got a wife

you won't even find a house anywhere on the island for less than $500,000 in Honolulu. Theres just too many people and not enough land. Cost of Living isn't as high as SF tho thank goodness! ...but its pretty close. I make about $12K along with being a fulltime student and I'm very lucky to have such generous parents...so i do pretty good.

 

isnt that the truth i work at a bike shop that pays **** from a 60k a year job just to ride as much as possible
