CBR 900RR Entire Front End (96'-97')

My Current Auction On Ebay........ - Click Here -

Price "Looking" to get for "Everything": $400

Up for bid is this 1996-1997 Entire used Front End in excellent condition. Honda CBR 900RR front fork assembly. Includes the Upper & Lower Triples, steering stem bracket, front axel, front brake calipers, brake lines, front brake master cylinder, Rotors, front brake lever, left and right handlebars, throttle grip and cables, clutch lever, and clutch lever mounting bracket....Basically everything for the front-end is included as I have decided to convert my 900RR over to a 929 front-end

The front wheel/Rim is polished to perfection as well are the brake calipers. The tire will be included, yet will need to be replaced as it is pretty bald. The forks are in perfect shape with NO leaks or bends. The front brakes were just recently replaced this month, so they should have about 80% pad left. I am only selling this to experience the 929's great braking abilities and for the extra ease of having a 17" front wheel as I mainly use race tack-offs and coming across a 16" tire is pretty rare. For those that buy new tires anyways this will not be a problem at all. If I can not sell as a whole I will separate the items up, however I would prefer to sell this item as a whole.

- I also have a Toby Steering Damper(see Pics) that can be tossed in for the right price.

Here is a reply to someones question on Ebay in regards to the Damper:

The Damper "May" need to be repaired, but I am not 100% sure on that as I have not had the time to really mess with it. If it does need to be repaired I know there is a kit you can purchase from any dealer for a few bucks. I paid $250 for it from a friend, yet without knownig the stauts on it for 100% I would take $125 shipped to your residence. So you either get a perfect damper for $110, or in the worse cas senario you may pay $30-$40 to have it repaired to good working condition. Either way it is a good deal.

However, if I ship "Everything" out to one person then I will sell it all for $500 shipped to your door. I would perfer this method and that is why I am letting it go for so cheap.

I can gaurantee you that the forks are perfectly straight with no leaks, the front wheel is polished professionally, and the brakes are great. There is nothing wrong with this frontend, I am just simply swaping it out with a 929 frontend to try something different. I am sure in a few months I will end up buying a 929 anyways, but as of now I still love the 900RR.

There are a few interests, however the first one that actually commits gets it. I think Emrock is heading up that way this week, if so I can see if he will drive it up there to help you save on shipping charges.

Just "ALL" of the hardware...no cosmetics/fairings, headlight, fairingstay brackets, etc. Basically remove that stuff and pretend the frame is not attached and that is what is included.
