I have a 03" f4i, i wrecked it on a whellie it landed on the stator side. Now after fixing it about a week later the battery ran down. I started it every couple of days then it went dead. Its was working fine then all of a sudden it was idleing weird when u rev it it revs slow then fast and comes down from high rpms slower than normal. After swapping batteries it started fine but still ran weird. I also have a power commander IIIr, was wondering if it has anything to do with it and the taillights work but the brakes lights don't.

 

check everything with your stator...something had to break in there cause it sounds electrical...
