Chainsaw Burnouts.....Front Brake or No???
Chainsaw Burnouts.....Front Brake or No???
I tried my first couple of chainsaw burnouts last night, and I'm just wondering if I should be holding the front brake or not?
I tried them without the brake, and the bike was just pulling away from me really hard.
Do I use the front brake to somewhat hold the front tire in place so the rear just rotates around? Or do I just need to lift up on the bar more to bring the bike more upright???
Thanks

Re: Chainsaw Burnouts.....Front Brake or No???
always keep pressure on the brake, you can whip the bike around 360 but if you want more range of movment ease off the brake and let the bike creep around.if the bike catches traction all of a sudden and wants to take off you'll be screwed.and you dont have to really cover the clutch as long as you have the kill swtich covered.ive found out that the kill swtich is easiest to hit if something goes wrong

no front brake at all start with the bike on the cage get some wheel spin and then raise it up so the tires hit it will spin around and feel kinda crazy but once you get the hang of it its butter
