heres a complete guide to changing your tires by hand....once you get good at it you can do it in like 20 min. start to finish.
you need a large c-clamp to bust the beads, put the top of the c-clamp on the rim and the flat threaded part on the opposite side on the tire, spin it in till the bead breaks, do the same to the other side. then use 2 large screw drivers to take the tire off the rim, with the rim on the ground while your doing this and stand on either side of the tire. the lower and more compressed the tire is the easier it is to get it off the rim when you start.
to put the new tire on soap up the bead real good with dish soap, the first side will slide over the rim fairly easy. once you get the first side of the tire on push as much of the second side on as you can making shure you line the dot up with the valve stem. thats the factory balance mark. then stand on either side of the tire as you pry the rest of it on. again the lower you have the bead the easier it is to pry on. sounds alot harder than it is. im sorry if i dumbed it down but im not shure exactly how much of this you know so i didnt want to leave anything out.
