help with O's

Circles are driving me insane. I got 5 tight ones the other night, and now I'm struggling to get 2. Did anyone else have this problem when they first learned them? I'm having trouble falling in, so I need pointers on keeping the bike high and coming back toward me. I have a GSX-R750, down 1 up 12. I've had my best luck with the idle set at about 4500 rpm....is this too low/high? It seems like I always end up leaning to the inside after I get around once or twice, which makes me come down. Same thing with sit-downs.....around 1 or 2 times and I fall in. Any help would be appreciated.
