Hey guys, need a little help with my 02 gsxr 750. I crashed it backwards on the subframe doing a wheelie. I trashed the whole damn subframe, and broke the two upper mounting tabs on the frame for the subframe. any ideas if this is fixable for an everyday rider again, or is it a nice stunt bike now?

 

Now it's a stunt bike...Find a good aluminum welder and weld that chit up.

 

If You Still Have The Frame Tabs, Reweld Them Back To The Frame. When You Put Your New Subframe On, Weld Gussets From The Subframe To The Main Upper Frame [tie'n Both The Upper And Lower Subframe Mounts Together To The Frame]. This Will Add Strenth To The Subframe. My Buddy Broke His Off To, And That's What He Did To Fix It, Now He Can Slam The Bike At 12 And Not Worry About Breaking It.
