How do you get that picture at left?

How do you get that picture at left?
Where's the option to add a picture to the left of all your posts? I can't find it!

It's called an avatar. Go to your user cp, then go to options, then at the bottom click on change avatar. Then you can browse your files and pic one. I think it needs to be 150x150 pixels though.
