alright i'm gonna order a new rear sprocket and chain for my 99 f4 tomorow but...I dont know wut the hell i'm doin
i wanna go +6 on the rear and get a new chain for it. Wut size chain do i need if i do that?

you cant keep your stock chain, the F4 runs a 530, and sprocket specialists are 525, i put -1+2 in mine about a month ago already want something bigger in back, but make sure you go down in front as well

I would go with a 525 conversion, stock front sprocket and probably about a 56 on the rear sprocket, when you go down on the front it makes your bike more torqy, it beats up your chain guide, and it also beats up your chain, it just creates a bad angle for the chain to go around. keep all your gear in the rear. later
