Slow 12 O'clocks

Ok, I can do stand ups, one handed wheelies, tank wheelies, and I can shift one up to 5th on the freeway, all I want to know now is how do do a slow 12 O'clock. I'm thinkin about adding a few in the rear and droppin 1 in the front and gettin a "yellow box" for my 929. Anyone have a suggeston?

Ok... I guess it would've helped if I looked around first. I didn't see that there were already a couple of threads about 12's.
Sorry about that.
