r6 third gear wheelie
is thier anyone who does them with stock gering because i can ride second gear clutch ups good i just want to feel third it seems like you could go all day i know someone on herer does whats it like comparied to second and how do you get em going
Re: r6 third gear wheelie
feels the same as second. you jsut clutch it up hard.
and second gear on taht bike stock will do like 70-80mph easily, so just stay in second and balance it, you can go all day just like that. so get it to 60, stay in second and rock a long wheelie.

Bouncing is the answer to wheelies... harder you bounce, smoother n quicker wheelies come up, now if u on a 89 zx6, u gotta bounce everything.. even _****in stopies!, and my bike is _****in unpredictable, most the time it just locks up but i get that **** off the ground every couple times

one of my friends has a 99 r6 and we went out ridin sunday on the highway, he stood his up in 3rd for the first time, he was goin around like 95 when he did it, and all he did was bounce it, only thing was, he set it down at like 130.. but i was next to him the whole time and it was smooth as **** and balanced too, and he rode it for a while too...

If he brought it up at 95 and setit down at 130 it wasent balanced he was just chasing his front end. If the wheelie is balanced you will rock a steady speed
