Stunting a 2002 RC51 ?????????

Hey guys I need some help. I have a 2002 RC51 and want to start stunting but dont want to buy a new bike. I want to learn 12's and slow stuff. Will this bike work or will it be to hard. Any feedback would be very helpful Thanks.

it will def. be hard but if you dont mind messing the bike up and a lot of practice.....im sure you could get it.....The only problem is, that is a heavy bike...Just practice and wear your gear

i dont think you're gonna get slow stuff w/ that heavy of a bike
should wheelie and stoppie damn well tho as long as it doesnt get past the balance point

Hey man, I have had my rc-51 for a month now! It does endos like a champ! It has a good balance point on the front wheel. Give it a little brake, then dump some in, and an endo just pulls like its natural. It is the easiest bike I have ever ridden to endo! As far as wheelies, a little tough. The bike is heavy, it takes more power than you would expect to lift it up. Do a few sit down simple wheelies in first gear and get used to it. Then try bouncing some up higher to like 10 o'clock in first. Once you can get it up there, it is pretty easy to hold the bike up because it has that extra torque. Just remember that back brake is there if you need it. Frame sliders are a good idea for that bike, the plastics are expensive!!!!! Also, that bike is great for curvy roads. If you ride twisties with buddies, at high speeds in and out of turns, you will eat them alive with the extra torque! Oh yeah, once you get the wheelies pretty good, change those sprockets, that bike has NO low end. Go up two in the back or for alittle more, go up two in back, down one in front!

Hey, I forgot to tell you! If you do get really good at wheelies, you can't hold them for a long time like the four cylinders. Some guys I ride with hold wheelies for miles, this really isn't good for any bike, but especially thr rc-51 because its a v-twin. Holding wheelies for a long time causes the oil to drain from the front cylinder and pump to the back cylinder. Eventually you can blow oil out the exhaust plus the front cylinder is dry so it gets hot and its metal on metal! Just hold your wheelies for a little while, a few minutes is even ok, just not for more than a mile if you are going 60 - 80 mph.

my buddy has a 01 rc and its hard to pull the slow **** on because im sure you know it stalls pretty eazy but you can do em i guess if you gear it enough hes 1- 2+ my
