help with my ninja?

ok ppl i have no consept of gearing i like to try new stuff on my 250 before i try it on my other bike i need to gear the 250 were it will pop up easily. what gears would u experts sugest plz tell me cuz one person told me to go down one tooth in the front and 5 on the back but if yall would be kind enouh to help me out i would apreshyate it, i need to no what to poot on the front and rear.

sorry i got a new unbreakable key bord and it is like silicone it is hard to hit the right keys.

First id get a gixxer :YEAH but if you cant , the only thing i can think of to bring it up clutch the hell out of it and well stand on the back pegs little dangerous but it should snap up
