520 is really more for race performance. On the street it's not really that noticalble from what I hear. I do know that it is a thinner chain which would probably mean it's going to be less durable. Definitely not a good thing if you're hammering it with abrupt throttle changes like with wheelies and other stunting activities.

the reason a 520 would break stunting but not racing is
stunting = clutching it up and sudden jerks on the chain
racing = constant pressure not sudder jerks

Can a stock sized 525 chain be kept if I'm going -1,+2? Or do I need to add links or buy a brand new chain?
