Re: how to fix case

I have JB welded my covers be lucky so far haven't broken a case. However two of my boys broke their cases and we had one of them welded. It's perfect can't even tell. The other was beyond fixing he had to get a new case.

Re: how to fix case

I used a tig on one of my Tona motors, I had one of the best wealders in the nation doing it and he even said it was supper tuff as the case metals are not pure. Problem is aluminum turns to water (basicaly) the instant you hit it with the Tig, makeing it a super fine and tediouse job.

Smashed it to pieces. Had another one laying around and swapped it myself...wasn't too hard.
