Idle dilema

Does anybody out there know of any way to rig up an easier way to adjust the idle on a gsxr1000 without having to lift up the gas tank and take off the seat etc.

It pisses me off when my boy just turns the little **** on his 900RR.

I think alot of riders use the idle adjustment cable off the older model GSXR's.

one of my boys just bought some thick *** cable and welded it to the idle screw. Throw a twist **** on it and you got yourself a homemade working idle adjustment

I had that same problem. Just get an idle stop screw for a 2000 gixxer 7. It's just a long a$$ cable coming out from underneath your gas tank.

We just used some 1/4" fuel line, slipped it over the stock adjuster and ran it out where the 900rr's comes out. Just spin the hose to adjust and for $1.00 it works like a champ!!!!
