Do-Nuts
I've got the average joe burnouts down. Even popped a tire. But when I start to round them out and do circles, I get about half way around and the bike is kickin so fast that it just wants to pitch to the opposite side.
Whats the best way to do donut burnouts? Hook an idiot up.

1. Slow down your rear tire. The faster it's spinning the slicker it is, the slower the more stable it is.
2. Let off the front brake? If you let off the front brake some, the force that the back-end had to slide out, will transfer into forward motion and it won't slide out as easy.
3. Start out with perfecting straight rolling burnouts. Then start make huge circles, then start tightening them up smaller and smaller... BOOM! DONUTS ! !
Hope these help a little. I gotta get some sleep or I type a little more.

Derek

Thanks alot man. I'll try that next time I go out. That sounds about right. What about doing them in second? I haven't been able to do them yet, but it seems like it might be easier to control the RPMs.
Hey, do you ride with Cali boys and Racing 905? Im trying to get a few of my boys to go down your way for a show at the end of the month. Whats the deal with that show?

Well, the next show is Oct 18th, this saturday. At Barona Dragtrip in Sd, CA.
It's motorcycle/Quad only drag racing all day with a couple of intermission shows by us. S.I.C. Riders.
I've ridden with Cali Boyz a couple times, but I'm not in their group.
We are S.I.C. Riders sponsored by Racing 905.

I'll probably end up meeting up with you someday. I've been talking with Aaron, and just bought my crash cage and 12 bar from him. Im trying to get down there one of these weekends.
Thanks
