Question Help....(sliding-feet on pavement )

Can anyone give me a play by play on how to surf the pavement (ie. to the side of or behind the bike with feet on the ground) I've got a fair amount of experience and am looking to learn new tricks.

Get going to about 30 ish, then turn side sadle to the left side of your bike. keep your right foot on the left peg, then drop down to the pavement. keeping only about 30% of your weight on your feet, and the rest of your weight being held up by your upper body, leaning on the tank or the seat. to get back up, kinda rock back to your heels, then very quickly jump up back into the seat.
or, you can ride it out, slow down into a skitchin endo.

behind the bike.. get goin about 30-40, make sure your idle is turned up so the bike wont bog down.. make your way to sitting on the pass seat, then kinda lean forward, comming into a position of your fore-arms laying on the back seat, and the rest of your body kinda chilling in the air behind the bike. grab ahold of whatever you got to hold onto back there, then drop down to skitch mode. to get back up, you can either dig your toes in, to throw your leggs up, then pull yourself back onto the bike. i dont suggest trying it this way just yet, it will probably mess you up.
the easiest way would be to just use your upper body to pull yourself up, but also kinda jump a little off the pavement as your pulling yourself onto the bike. then get back to sitting on the rear seat, then blamo go from there.

its all pretty simple, just practice.

do you want sparks, or just something flat and easy to slide on?

Sparks = anything but aluminum.. Titanium, steel, whatever.

Goto home depot or something, and buy a peice of sheet metal, thin.. and trace out your feet on it.

cut it out, but trace on some tabs to it, so they can flip over the top of your shoe, to hold on.

easy and cheap.
