Switchback
i belive it depends on how you do will you climb over or jump.
after a skitchin session the other day i climbed over and had my leg just ready to go voer but i wussed out. i think climbing will be an easy way to learn just becarfull to not make sudden moves that may toss the bike

jump up then turn your legs in mid air and sit on the tank, while keeping ahold of the handle bars. as long as you got them in control move your legs into position and then let go turn around and enjoy the view. I would get up to about 50 and click it into neutral for this also

It is more of a nerve thing. That was like the first trick I ever learned. Here's what you do:
Accelerate to about 50, shift it into neutral. Keep your hands on the bars, but stand up. Put your right foot on the seat. Slip your left foot over the tank and under your right leg sitting on the tank, but still twisted so you are looking forward.
Then, once you are comfortable with going straight, just untwist and you are sitting backwards on the tank. Then if you get into trouble you can just twist around and grab the bars.
