Riding backwards

Looking for some help on riding switchback. Do you just flip your leg over and go for it or is there some trick to it? I really want to do it, but don't feel like wrecking my bike a 4th time. Please Help.

Hey dude... I'm thinking... I going to try the same thing soon... you know how you can ride the bike "side saddle" (kinda like the very top picture in my avatar.. I'm thinking about just getting to that postion then keep one hand on my tank to just make me feel stead... then just gently put my other leg over so I am riding backwards... then just reverse the moves to ride normal again... I'll try it this weekend and let you know how it goes... hopefully, I will still have a bike

I saw Blankstom do this wild jump off the pegs.. spin in air.. flip type **** on the Urban Warriors DVD to ride backwards..... that **** was pimp!!
