as in riding backwards? i jump from pegs to the highchair position, then spin 180 and stop myself with my feet in the seat. it takes a while to get used to the backwards control and all that but it's not that bad.

one thing to worry about it watch the leaning...if you start to lean don't panic nad freak out and start trying to steer the bike hard. a lot of steering backwards is used by body language. i keep only my throttle hand on the bike cause if i get both hands on it then i get confused and cross controled.

Thats cool and all I thought you had to commit real quick like on this one. I was thinking about doing this before I got my bike fixed but never could grow big enough ***** to do it. I thought it would be a lot safer to do with a damper on the bike. Anyways how do you get out of a switchback once your in one?

Well if you had sat on the tank and spun your body and *** 180, just continue the rest of the way around another 180 til your facing forward again.
And kick it into neutral before you jump up there and start this. I didn't to that the 1st time and by the time I was facing backwards the bike had slowed down alot and I messed up, that was the only time I had any issues doing this.

ya, go for just sitting with it coasting first....then you'll get used to how it handles and you can go switchback, grab the throttle and rock 65mph down the highway waving at people. it's really fun.

also, a way to learn the arm movements, practice driving normal but cross your left arm over and drive with it on the throttle. that will get you used to the weird throttle and using that hand on that clip on. on the throttle you have to be gentle, i usually grab half of the bar end with the throttle to keep it more steady.

also, try to think simple, remember the whole "push the direction you want to go" when riding? well it's the same. if you are backwards, you still push the clip on in the direction you want to go....so if you want to go right, you will push on the right clip on. if you think simple like that it's easy.

ya i need to do that gansta 180 spin on my tank that's it...when i learned on my 03 gixxer 6 i put it in 4th w/ the fast idle on and just tried it..it took a few seconds to get used to the controls bein backwards but it's all good i didn't crash (thank god cuz my bike was still nice and shinny and unscathed back then) now it looks like sh*t so it don't matter
