take a piece of rope "$1.49 at ace harware" and tie it around the tail section of your bike...then tie the other end to the trusses of a garage and bam your all set the more you pull on the rope the higher it goes

You can use 2 sizzor jacks, one on each side of the swing arm. Or, what I use to do is put a floor jack under the bottom shock mount then lift it up and put jack stands under the swingarm. That was on my FZR though, I don't know if you could use the floor jack method on your bike.

I don't recall if the F4 has inserts for spools or not but if it does use spools, don't go with the rear stand that has a flat pads that push up on the bottome of the swingarm.. Your bike could fall over.. I purchased weld on spool adapters from pit bull for my 929, much better. I have no idea why Honda never welded on inserts from the factory. Before the stand I used the rope.. Just get a rear stand.

Oh damn Shugga didn't notice I was messing with your sales prop ****, lol.. Those LP stands will do the job JerzeyJoe Good price too. My Pitbull was like 200 with shipping and spools with adapters.

joe I got one of thoes lockhart ones and I like it.It's nothing special but it does the job....plus it works on all bikes.Since all my boys like to work on there **** at my house that comes in handy.

I got the lockhart as well. It works great. I definately recommend it as a first purchase for any bike owner.

If you got a lot of money to spend get this stand i bought from www.standsecure.com
little expensive but great for working on your bike . raises my bike up to about 3 feet so i dont have to bend over
