01 gsxr cutting out at wot
yes i have a 01 gsxr 750 ive had it in 3 shops and 500$ later know one knows whats wrong with it. The problem im having when i rev it at wot it falls on it face. Checked plugs cyclinder 1 was a little wet 2 3 4 were white lean. Ive checked all sencor there fine no fi codes tps is set right. The secondary butterflyes were off tried putting back on no difrence. Im thinking its not getting enough gas at wot if anybody can please help greatly apperciated. it sucks not having any power

i was told to check it by unhooking the gas line and flip the switch let it prime into a cup and u should get 1.5 oz. i got 1.8oz im ordering a power commander tommorow i think it my ecu proble mapping

But fuel volume changes through the rpm range.. Your not getting the same amount at idle, as you would at 11k..
My buddy had a similar problem, cutting out in all gears around 8-9k.. He thought it was the motor, and he was getting blow by pass the rings.. He never did a leak down test on the cylinders, he just replaced it like an idiot... $6 hun later, and mad time with new motor installed it did the same ****..
He finally replaced the fuel pump for 70 bucks, and boom problem solved!

mine cuts out when im going and if i im in netraul and just crack the throttle all the way at once it will cut out or just cut off. ive noticed the warmer it gets it gets alittle better but still fall on its face.i know when a motor cold it needs more gas and less when hot i guess i can throw a pump in it i just figured if it was a pump it would only do it under aload

checked around, and peop's are talking about the STPS.. Readings have to be at a certain voltage (0.67v).. After adjustment, everything back to normal.. Check your manual for the specs.. www.gixxer.com - GL
