520 chain to tight

520 chain to tight

When my boy put my chain on he took too many links out and now the chain is real tight with no slack is it safe to put a extra master link in the chain

I'm guessing you have the axle adjuster all the way forward as it possibly can,
I honestly would't run 2 masters... How tight is "tight"

no play what so ever in the chain. In neutral its kinda hard to move the bike if i ride i can i mess up the transmission

You can really mess up a lot on the bike if you run it like that, I would just suck it up and buy a new chain. The bent trans parts and headache of fixing it all far out ways the cost of a new chain.

i cut my chain 1 link too short and i had a spare master link so i just pressed it in and i have had no problems been running it like that for about 3 months now daily
