TIP sensor

Dose anyone know where the TIP sensor is located on a 03 gsxr 600. seems that if the bike if up in the air almost at 12 the bike shuts off and throws me forward. The TIP sensor is the only thing i can think of why it would be doing this??

If anyone has any ideas or has any other sugestions let me know.
