Yes it does..Only difference is the overflow tube is aimed straight forward in stead of down on f4i. So I broke mine off an jb weldded back an added a bit to the overflow line.. So YES a 1999 cbr600 F4 radiator WILL bolt right onto a 01 UP F4-i. Just add a few inches to the overflow line an your good to go.
