04 636

ive got an 04 636 with about 25k on it. i have done a valve adjustment and everything was fine.

im noticing that it is loosing power. i first noticed it when i rolled on the throttle in 6th gear and it would bog some unless i gave it a little less and it would pick up some. now im noticing it in second and 3rd gear when i go to clutch it up, both sitting down and standing.
i ran injector cleaner through it hoping it was just **** in them but didnt help.

any thoughts?

Re: 04 636

there is a screen in the fuel pump that may need cleaning , the screen is in the sump part of the pump you have to take the pump apart from the metal base ..

Re: 04 636

hmm, for loss of power I would check the cylinders for spark/compression. My 03 636 started slugging really bad last season and it was cause my 4th cylinder was misfiring.
