I put a new subframe on my bike and now it wont start the bike was apart for 6 months it started right up be for i took it apart. now when i turn the kill switch on i do not hear the fuel pump kick on. am getting power to the pump on the run wire to ground. should i be getting power to the prim wire when i hit the switch. i jump the fuel pump to the battery and it works. tip over sensor is good. i have the 2 wires to the clutch perch together. :banghead battery pu1ting out 12V
