....cut upper....
need to cut my upper to fit my flipped clip-ons but not totally sure what to use. was thinkin a dremmel tool, any advice would be ****. thanks

Dremmel or a air cutter, the one that looks like a mini saw zaw works good

I used a file to even out the uneven lines, then used sand paper to smooth the ruff edges. afterwards, I used a black paint marker and painted the edge to make it look clean.

i never had to cut my upper on any of my bikes to fit flipped and pushed out clip ons... my 05 and 06 636 uppers were the only ones that rubbed slightly at full lock. my 600rr had plenty of room.

i'm flipping them and putting them on top of my triple, had to lower the front about and inch but tightened up the front. temporary solution till i can afford a hohey triple

i hate lowering my front end.....i like my forks to plant and stay there. and that tends to smash up my upper and front fender when i lower it. lol
