cross up stoppie q

ok so im gettin my crossup stoppies down pretty good, but every time i let off the brake to bring the bike back down, the bike drops , then i do a freefall back down to the tank, i can't seem to stick with the bike, any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated

nah my tank it crunchy already from it, it's just the feet flying upward, body falling back, super sloppy look im tryin to get rid of

I found out what helped me was sliding as far up to he windscreen as possible. I used to flop around a bit but once I found myself a nice little pocket I would just stay there and not bounce any more. maybe thatll help you.
