I just ordered a rear wheel bearing kit for my 06 gixxer and the seals don't seem to fit. The deal for the sprocket side bearing gets in the way of the sprocket so it doesn't sit properly inside the rim. The seal for the brake side sits outside the rim and bearing. Between the two, the wheel won't fit into the swingarm. Are the seals that came with the bearing kit wrong? Or am I retarded and doing this wrong???

 

Whoever sold you the parts, looked up the worn seal. Or, the seal fits the sprocket carrier, not the wheel rim. Go back to the parts house/dealer... Mention the seal and bring the old one. Check that number on the seal. Match the 3 dimensions to the new seal numbers.
