Hey all, mate of mine is setting up a 2002 SV650 for stunting and we were just wondering whats the proper setup for the oil pickup on that particular model?? i know they are prone to oil starvation if not done properly so has anyone on here ever done one or can offer any advice?? all help greatly appreciated, thanks lads

 

You have a photo of the sump area? If you can run a hose to the back of the sump, and it is low enough when riding normal, you fill the back of the engine with oil, that hose is going to have a good time keeping the engine from starving for oil.

Down side is a front wheelie will starve the engine. Cut the motor off, you lift the rear for awhile.
