1993 Cbr 600 f2.... I just swapped the front rim.... same rotors... same calipers... im putting it back on and the calipers go on smooth... then i hit the front brake a few times... and the pads rub against the rotors whether or not im on the break... no idea what it could be ..... and its probably something simple? I swapped them back to the other rim and still get the same thing.
Anyone know? or have ideas?

rubbing enough to stop the wheel from spinning? maybe the wheel spacers are switched

 

it takes a lot of force to get it to spin.... so much force when i tried to bring it out of the garage it stalled....
I tried switching them around, switched sides, and flipped them : /
