need help getting the bike started again, the female side of the front grey connector has been frankenstiened to death and i believe this is the cause of the bike not starting

there was also a stray wire coming from the female side, it was ghetto rigged onto the blue wire w/white stripe and i don't know where it went to (possibly a ground? the only other place i see it going to was the front headlight or rear taillight/brakelight)

i'm thinking of doing all my wiring mods and work close to the ECU itself, but i don't want to damage anything i may need

anyways i'm basically asking if on the grey harness on the ECU (there is a big grey one, and a big black one) has the wires going to the front grey harness? if so do i need to connect the red w/white stripe to the green w/white stripe on the grey one for the tip over mod?
