So im riding the lot and bike just starts to run like complete ****.. like bogging sooo bad if im on one wheel or not...
I have no clue Wat it is and it got to the point were i couldn't even ride...
Idle up or down doesn't matter bike still ran like hell...
I dint wreck and this happen, it just all of a sudden started bogging bad...
any one no how i should go about diagnosing it, would be great thanks..

nah no smoke my bike has always had a lil tick but other than that just when i start it up like sounds just bogged out for a min then it will sound ok then i go ride some wheelies and gets worse and worse... do i need to make a video of it, if it will help? think it could be my spark plugs? injectors? wat... how should i go about checking what first... thanks

it seems like right when i start it, it bogs for like 3 seconds then plains out ok... when i turn the idol up ( right when i start it ) it seems ok... but if i were to ride wheelies for a while, the bike just starts to bog either way idle up or down..

 

sounds like its running on 3 cyls.

i would try unplugging the ECM then hook it back up.

next i would check to see if any vacuum lines came undone. especially the one on the MAP sensor.

 

^ +1 could be a fouled plug. do u have the kleen air mod

 

thats what it sounds like to me, like one of them is fouling out or something... ill unplug and re plug bak the ecm tomorrow and chek all my hoses... i dunno were the map sensor vacuum line is though...
Also tomorrow i want to change my plugs and spray some cleaner through my injectors.. think that will do the trick? I dont have the clean air mod but i do have my tilt sensor cut and re wired for the 12 ****.. anything to do with that??? thanks for the help guys..

 

u didnt remove the bottom air fuel mixture cable did ya?

 

the map sensor is on the left side of the airbox.

when i first got my bike it used to do like what u described urs is doing. i found some vaccuum lines had been switched before i got the bike.

i doubt its ur tip sensor.

 

no.. wats that mean? and thats why my bike shittin out? air fuel mix cable? why was i supposed to take it off and wats it do...

 

well it just started doing it so i guess one of the vacuum lines coulda came undone? and ill chek map sensor tomorrow thanks guys..

 

sounds like plugs.. pull em out pu them back in the coil and ground them to the frame and hit the start button make sure they are sparking,, if not well im sure you can figure it out. I have also seen the coil plugs come loose. if you came down really hard at one point in time.

 

k ill do that..i appreciate the help.. . i come down hard as *** alllll the time =).. been rainin here for like 4 days straight now and i dont have a garage to work on my bike so i gotta wait till it clears up to start re checkin all my ****,,

 

that happened to me on my f4i, its runnin toooo hot! check ur coolant, radiaror lines and everything for a possible leak, or maybe ur fluid is just low. i hard wired my fan so its on all the time, but you can easily install a switch to turn it on whenever you are about to hit the parking lot.

 

start with the basics, fuel, air, and spark. check all those and then get back to us.
