i have a 03 636 i was riding 2 days ago and the bike just died so i went and got the battery tested and it was bad so i got a new one. so i charged it then took then bike out after 2hours the bike just died again so i try to run with the bike and pop it then it started and i drove it 3 blocks and it died again dose anyone what is wrong thanks

 

Ck the stator by cheking the charging voltage after you get it running, you should see around 13 volts at the battery with it charging correctly at around 2000 rpms...

if the stator is good, its the volt reg. i had a buddy of mine wit same problem.. and it took me a while.. i know......
