CBR F3 sprocket Q

I'm going to be ordering -1/+2 sprockets on my F3. My two questions are:

1. How much (estimate; mph) would I lose on the top end?

2. Will regearing effect my odometer? Somebody told me that the mileage runs off the transmission... so if I regeared it, I would be reading higher mileage. Or does it read off the back wheel and regearing won't change it?

with that set up you will prollay only lose 10mph on the big end....but if you wanted top speed you wouldve bought a bigger bike....

and on a f3 the speedometer is on the front wheel right? it was on my f2, so your re-gearing will not effect the speedometer...

You'll love that setup. a friend of mine has the exact same bike as you. (colors and all) cept' he has a few more zip ties probably.

he got that gearing on it and just pops it up all day long. said it was the best thing he could do for that bike.

I've got an F3 I just put on -1/+1 sprockets. You're gonna need a yellow box, the F3's aren't cable driven speedos. Yea, it sucks, and I wasn't planning on spending the extra money either.
