i just put a new motor in and cant get the dam sprocket off the old motor..

your right its left loose, I had the same prob with mine on the F4i it had rust on the inside, wouldnt budge so I had to put a notch in the bolt and tap away with a hammer, finally broke lose.

 

636's are notorious for that

 

If I remember correctly, there are little tabs that need to be bent back to remove the sprocket. Did you bend them? They were there to keep the nut from backing out.

 

Leave your chain on, throw a 2x4 through the wheel, turn the wheel till the 2x4 braces against the swingarm, and break that **** loose.
