help denting in honda cbr 900 tank

alright any pointers for denting in this monstrosity of a tank ?? never did it b4 & i wanna get my spreaders fiftys & high chairs now

have a friend hold the bike up and do an *** drop onto it then smooth it out with a rubber mallet.....Or just start beating it down with a rubber mallet from the gas cap out. leave the gas cap on
