I have a code C29 on my friend's 06 gsxr6.

I replace a high millage motor that ran like crap with a newer one. but now I'm getting this code. and also the fuel pump will not shoot out any gas. Will it not pump gas cuz of the C29 code(secondary throttle position sensor)?

I replaced the stps and it does the same thing. I also replace all the wiring on the whole bike and its saying the same thing.

This bike belongs to a friend of mine that is in Iraq. Hes gonna be here in a week and I wanted to have it ready for him.

c-29 isnt a fail safe code... it opens and closes the secondary throttle body butterflys....so i think the bike should start anyways. not 100 percent sure tho. : hope you get it up and running for him

I think mine pulled the same code when I had my 06. Look on gixxer.com that's where I found how to fix mine. I just removed the set valve/motor and snipped the wire. Easy fix with no problems after just a more throaty sound... And no codes!
