Can an FZR wheelie?

I have had this bike for my 2nd season now and im starting to learn the wheelie. I get the bike up in first and ride it out sometimes and other times it slams down quick. Am i doing somthing wrong or is it all in my head? Im affraid the thing is going to loop but sometimes it feels real good and smooth. Isnap the clutch at about 30 mph and it comes up easy but riding it out is the hard part. Do i need coaching or do i need a new bike? Thanks.

for slow stuff it makes it more stable.. other than that, keep it stock or close to it

My partners got a 92 FZR, Change the rear sprocket about 3 up and you'll have no prob. getting it up in 2nd , then you'll have a longer gear to work with.

yea, the only problem with that is i just put new sprockets on and a chain. I went down one in the front and it helped alot. I would be concerned going any further with it because i do alot of freeway riding and im already taching at 5600 RPM doing 70 mph.

yea, my redline is 12,000 but im almost wondering if the guy befor me messed with it already before that. I just asked to go one down from what i had at the dealer. i cant remember what size it was but i have a feeling it has already been messed with.
