hey im new to this stuntin stuff and im tryin to set my bike up i have a 2006 honda cbr 600rr and i wanted to kno is there a cheaper way to do the dirtbike conversion than buyin the kit complete? i seen it priced for almost 450 is there a cheaper way?

 

buy tag bars ($60), risers ($40), longer cables throttle/clutch ($40), drill the stock upper clamp ($0), there ya go, the westside way to do it..

stick with clip ons, check out www.fullthrottleinc.net for some options.

 

if you are on a budget then definitely do not by any means click on fullthrottleinc. if you want quality parts and are willing to burn a hole in your pocket to get them then thats a different story. talk to freestyle ingenuity. see if you can buy just the collars for the handlebars without the bars themselves. then pickout a pair of dirtbars of your choice and hacksaw the middle part out of em. now youve got adjustable darwin bars. run em on top of the triple. run em on the bottom. whatever you want. and where did u see $450? hai has kits for 200 and change.
