I'd agree with the tip over switch.
Also worth having a look to see if the ECU is water damaged. Just pull off the plug and look for moisture/corrosion.

Not to be a dick but you've gone through all your basics like fresh fuel, spark plugs, fully charged battery?

Ya I jst got my bike bak from my friend that put it together. I had the frame powder coated I had the bike running on stands and it jst died I figured it was jst no gas so I filled it and nothing the fuel pump is not purging I check the tip over sensor clutch switch starter and kill switch kick stand switch I checked the fuel pump as well I had and extra one laying around too and switch it and no go ! Brand new battery I purchased fuel pump relay and can't figure out where it goes does it go on the front right of the tank or left front I tried it on both sides and nothing running out of ideas ?

Sounds like your having a bad time. I'd like to think you've gone through everything.
Have you looked at a wiring diagram yet? You might be able to trace which pin(s) needs to receive power to run the fuel pump.

Maybe chase down some Gsxr forum. Some one might have been just as unlucky as you.


It's really odd that it would just run and die like that.
