2007 600RR tipover sensor.

me and a buddy of mine was out doin wheelies the other day, and my buddy noticed smoke coming out of my exhaust when i had the bike up. is the smoking due to the tipover sensor (BAS) or what ever you want to call it? I guessing that is the problem... If so, whats the solution for this problem.

obviously. think about it. tip over sensor....say that in your head a few times. it senses when the bike has been tipped over and shuts the bike off....pretty obvious. now think logicly what that would have to do with smoke of any sorts. now i dont know where its smoking from but im gonna go ahead and assume that its from your exhaust. now not knowing anything about your bike or what youve done to or or the circumstances of the event i would default to say that youre prob getting oil in your airbox due to having too much oil in your bike and riding a wheelie at high rpm. this can be remedied by doing the kleen air mod. if u dont know what that is, i recomend you find someone who does and have them do it for you. cuz if u dont even know what tip sensor is chances are you dont have any business working on a bike.

It's not your tipover sensor. That just shuts the bike off. Smoke means you're burning something that you shouldn't be. White is antifreeze, blue is oil.
