636 swingarm removal

ive gotten the king nut off of the right side but what i dont remember is how does the swingarm bolt come out? What side unscrews? this thing is annoying me!

manual says

take the swingarm nut off the left side, then take the collar nut off the right side, then turn the shaft(big allen key) and pull it out the right side.
