i got an 88cc big bore kit with the super-head and now its popping and cracking when throttled after riding it for a summer now popping like crazy! i cleaned the carb checked the green ground on the frame and adjusted the valves! I am ready to scream! I also have a full Yosh exhaust which was on the bike prior to the Big Bore and never had this problem!
Any Ideas!

 

do you still have stock intake on it?????
