Installing Engine Cage on ZZR600

I recently purchased a freestyle ingenuity crash cage for my 2007 ZZR600. Everything bolted up fairly easy, but my problem is the coolant recovery tank is directly in the way of the upper left mount. I need to relocate the tank somewhere else on the bike. What are my best options for this?? I work in motorcycle shop so i can get many different tanks from other units. Where would the ideal place be to remount the tank?? Everything is pretty tight on both sides under fairings. Could I mount it underneath my gas tank?? Any suggestions on this matter would help so much.

mount it wherever you can, just make sure it's upright and the lines arent pinched... use a different tank if you have to, same things apply, upright and no kinked lines...

either under the tank by the subframe or somewhere up front

just looked at a ZZR we have here in the shop, that is a big dookie tank... try a smaller one, an 03/04 636 tank might bolt in nicely on the ZZR where they are stock on the 636...
