My FI light is on......


How do I check the code???????

 

i got the whole manual in pdf if u want it. theres a wire under the seat u gotta ground out. i got the whole pdf manual if u want it. if you got aim i can send it to you over that.

 

I just replaced the battery and subframe so im sure I forgot something...

its one wire by the battery, yellow I believe. its just there hooked up to nothing. crank the bike then ground that wire to frame. when you get the code, post it up & i'll let you know what it is

 

no.. there is a white plug coming off the harness in the subframe... you can take a paper clip and jump out the two wires.. right now i cant remember witch ones i havent done it in so long but i'll get back 2 ya lol

there actually may only be 2 wires going tothat plug check it out lemmie kno wat ya see

When I got this bike the subframe was broke into 2 pieces.
Not sure what this plug is for??? NEED HELP FI light is on.

 

looks like the plug where u do the jumper mod. nothing plugs into it, its just capped off.

Isnt there a way to check for codes? Like turn the key on/off 3 times and see how many times the FI light blinks????

 

If you spend 5 min you can find the manual on the internet for free. I think i saw your old bike on craigslist a while back. You got the 05-06 now?
