why are kawasaki so gay??????????????

riding home tonight and my bike decided to pour coolant all over my right leg.

what other rads can be bodged on to it that aren't so weak

i've not ever properly dropped the bike either so it's not even had a hard life

 

that's weird, where did it break at?

 

ahh the coolant leak. my buddies used to **** out a good 20 oz bottle worth of coolant everytime he stopped.

his response :

"its a kawi thing"

Have you dropped it much at all?


If you have, then its expected.. I've seen it on a few hondas, but usually after slamming the bike into the ground a few dozen times..

 

lay the bike down gentle a couple of times nothing much been using it as my daily drive for last month so ain't dropped it at all for 2 months

broken on the right hand (as sat on bike) top tab

gonna see if my mate can weld it

 

after you weld it add more bracing


My f4i radiator broke a top tab, I jb welded it back, and it held up for 2 years fine.. Tell one day I slammed a wheelie down hard and it started leaking again..


So I jb welded it AGAIN, and added in supporst to hold up the radiator, holding up strong still

 

what is jb weld?????

in the uk we don't have jb weld. is it like a 2part epoxy putty???

 

Been using the same rad for 2 years, and dropped 100000000 times

i haven't dropped it hard EVER!!!!!

 

mine did it too. i replace the thremostat and wammo it went away

 

i used to try to stunt my 07 and street rode it too. no problem here. when i got my 636 it did a little but replace the thermo and it still did it a little but the radiator ended up beeing poo so got a new one and it hasnt failed me yet.
